Job summary

Deluxe is seeking a Senior Business Requirements Analyst to collect and document client requirements for complex solution implementations, including new client deployments, upgrades, and add-on modules. The role involves writing RD/CRD documents, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and leading test planning to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Bachelors in Computer Science, Business Analytics or Technical writing and 3 years experience or HS/GED and 7 years experience working in multiple financial and/or remittance check processing systems.
• Two or more years leading discovery for financial technology projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Collect and document client requirements for complex solution implementations including new client implementations, upgrades, add-on modules and features.
• Write the Requirements Document (RD) and other supporting documents.
• Serve as a liaison between client and technical/administrative staff and communicate concerns to Project Manager.
• Lead and facilitate test planning as needed.
