White Cap is seeking a capable Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for internal clients. You will ensure solutions align with strategic goals, design and test business solutions, and assist in planning department roadmaps.

You will partner with clients and manage prioritization and delivery for an application module. The role involves developing cost analyses, ROI calculations, and risk assessments, while preparing findings and presentations for executives.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Strong accounting and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel and large data set handling.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, analyzes, and documents business requirements for internal customers.
• Defines and plans departmental project roadmaps and manages prioritization and delivery of services for an application module.
• Partner with clients and manage project scope, timelines and resources.
• Develops cost analyses, ROI calculations, and risk assessments.
• Provides recommendations based on findings and develops department scorecards and executive communications.
