• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Proficient in creating clear documentation.
• Proficient in modeling techniques and requirements gathering.
• Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Translate business requirements into system specifications.
• Create process and data flow diagrams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Analyze complex processes and identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with project managers and development teams.
