Job summary

The Chase Consumer & Community Banking division seeks a Business Relationship Manager Senior to manage a portfolio of large business clients and deepen relationships with deposits, cash management, and credit solutions.

You will provide financial advice, coordinate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank partners, and focus on primary banking relationships while managing risk and regulatory requirements. This is a client-focused, high-touch role based in Richardson, TX.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products; knowledge of commercial credit underwriting.
• Ability to anticipate clients' issues and follow through on commitments.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across levels; leverage technology to interact with clients.
• Strong organizational skills; manage, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Self-directed, proactive, and able to navigate ambiguity.
• Balance client needs with firm risk and interests.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen a portfolio of ~100 business clients with annual revenue >$5M; provide deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to ~$15M.
• Deliver an outstanding experience by providing customized business banking solutions aligned to client needs.
• Use knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to propose solutions and leverage referrals.
• Conduct in-person/virtual calls with clients to cultivate long-term primary banking relationships.
• Understand owners' personal financial goals and partner with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank for appropriate solutions.
• Onboard clients with treasury products; ensure end-to-end delivery and follow-up after account opening.
• Follow risk management and regulatory requirements to protect the firm.
