Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Knowledge of deposit and cash management products and commercial credit underwriting.
• Ability to offer comprehensive, customized solutions and monitor market trends.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills across all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills, able to manage priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of 80–100 business clients with annual revenue >$5M; handle deposits, cash management and credit up to ~$15M.
• Provide customized banking solutions and support large credit deals with branch bankers as needed.
• Deliver an outstanding client experience through tailored financial solutions and risk-aware guidance.
• Conduct in-person or virtual calls with clients, referrals, and centers of influence to grow primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank to fulfill personal financial goals and solutions.
