Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of ~100 business clients with revenue >$5MM; support large credit opportunities up to ~$15MM.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions and an outstanding client experience.
• Apply knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to identify best-fit solutions.
• Conduct in-person/virtual calls with clients, referrals, and centers of influence to grow primary banking relationships.
• Understand owners' personal financial goals; partner with Branch, Wealth Management and Private Bank for solutions.
• Onboard clients with treasury products; collaborate with product specialists for end-to-end service.
• Protect the firm by following risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
