Job summary

Faire is a technology wholesale platform that helps independent retailers discover and buy products from around the world. We are scaling rapidly and seeking a recruiter to partner with hiring managers across our Business orgs to find top talent.

You will manage full cycle recruiting, negotiate and close candidates, drive creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels, and maintain our ATS with transparent reporting for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Resourceful, proactive and passionate about recruiting.
• Data-driven with excellent communication skills.
