Guidehouse is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead and support major business process improvement, modernization, and transformation initiatives within a federal law enforcement client environment. You will gather data, analyze information, and deliver actionable recommendations while shaping goals, requirements, and outcomes through stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in business process improvement, reengineering, modernization, or transformation.
• Experience working with executive (C-suite) and senior leadership (SES, GS-15) clients and creating executive-ready reports.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CBP Public Trust; active CBP Public Trust or Top Secret preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary consulting engagements for a federal law enforcement client.
• Conduct information gathering with senior federal clients (interviews, workshops, focus groups).
• Apply analytical skills to interpret qualitative and quantitative data to inform client decisions.
• Develop client deliverables such as gap analyses, findings and recommendations reports.
• Provide mentorship to junior consultants and support internal initiatives like business development and proposals.
