Nationwide seeks an experienced Consultant to lead cross-functional business transformation initiatives across processes, data and technology. You will partner with senior leaders to design, plan, and execute large-scale change programs that align with corporate strategy and drive measurable outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years of experience in process redesign, strong communication and project-management skills, and the ability to manage ambiguity in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information, business, mathematics or related field.
• Graduate studies are preferred.
• Eight plus years of experience in planning, designing and implementing company-wide business transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of process management, data modeling and technology interfaces.
• Three years of experience in project management is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Partners with senior leaders to transform their businesses through strategic application of people, processes and technology.
• Lead business process analysis/design and organizational analysis to align solutions with strategies.
• Serve as process management consultant between business customers and systems for development of processes.
• Develop clear performance criteria and report on results and risk.
• Contribute to organizational design, roles, governance and change delivery.
• Conduct training on business, technology and trends to improve performance.
• Evaluate new products/procedures and propose system enhancements.
• Develop compelling business cases and manage risk related to operating models.
• Mentor staff and guide project planning and delivery.
