Qualifications

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and prioritize complex business needs and translate into technology-enabled solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, implementation planning, and production support for applications, analytics, reporting, and data management solutions.
• Assess processes and technology to identify opportunities for improvement and develop recommendations.
• Collaborate with SME and innovation teams to implement and continuously improve technology solutions.
• Develop training and guidance materials to promote adoption and effective use of solutions.
• Support strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement across data assets and technology stacks.
