Job summary

Northwestern Mutual is seeking a Business Process Senior Specialist in a hybrid role based in Franklin, WI, with eventual relocation to the Corporate Office in downtown Milwaukee, WI. You will analyze and optimize business processes, collaborate across functions, and drive change management to ensure successful implementations.

You will work with stakeholders to elicit requirements, validate needs, and produce clear documentation, while coordinating testing, training, and reporting to support

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in business operations or analysis.
Experience modeling business processes and requirements.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Investigate and prioritize issues to support operations.
Elicit and validate business needs to create requirements.
Identify options to meet business requirements.
Coordinate independent or team-based project work.
Document current and future state business processes.
Prepare client acceptance testing and training plans.
Provide ad-hoc reporting and business metrics.
Lead organizational change-management activities.
