Job summary

Northwestern Mutual in Franklin, Wisconsin, is seeking a Business Process Senior Specialist for a hybrid role requiring onsite work three days per week. The position includes relocation to the Corporate Office in downtown Milwaukee, WI during 2027.

You'll work across functions to understand business needs, develop requirements, and implement solutions for complex challenges, driving change management and ensuring adoption across teams and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business operations/processes.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and concurrent assignments.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation with internal/external partners.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and prioritize issues to support operations or service requests.
• Elicit, analyze and validate business needs to create requirements.
• Identify options to meet business requirements.

• Document current and future state processes to meet objectives.
• Coordinate client acceptance testing and training needs.
