Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in MIS, Business, or related field.
• Four or more years of experience with business operations, processes, analysis, and documentation.
• Demonstrated flexibility to adjust to changing business needs while managing concurrent assignments.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve critical issues through effective problem solving.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with internal and external partners.
• Excellent communication skills for facilitating meetings and presenting documentation.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and prioritize issues, coordinate resolutions to support operations and service requests.
• Elicit, analyze and validate business needs to create requirements aligned to objectives.
• Identify options to meet business requirements.
• May work independently on small projects or as part of a team.
• Document current state and opportunities for improvement to meet objectives.
• Coordinate client acceptance testing, training and communications for implementations.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and metrics to support decision making.
• Coordinate organizational change management activities to promote adoption.
