• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to lead organizational change management activities.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, articulate and prioritize issues; coordinate resolutions or workarounds.
• Elicit, analyze, represent and validate business needs to create requirements.
• Identify options to meet business requirements.
• Work independently on small projects or as part of a team.
• Document current and future state processes to meet objectives.
• Perform cost/benefit and options analysis where applicable.
• Coordinate client acceptance testing and training needs for implementations.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and metrics to support decision making.
• Coordinate Organizational Change Management activities to promote adoption.
