Job summary

Bayview Asset Management is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design within the IT PMO. You will mentor junior analysts, drive process improvements, and align technology investments with business goals.

The role requires 5–8 years of BA/Process Engineering experience, strong stakeholder management, and familiarity with agile practices. Hybrid work options available across multiple US offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of Business Analysis, Process Engineering, or related experience.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and business leadership.
• Financial services, asset management, mortgage servicing, or capital markets experience preferred.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and validation for complex initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, SMEs, technology teams, and vendors.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Build consensus across stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and risk reduction.
• Lead analysis activities for medium to large-scale projects.
