Job summary

Network Designs, Inc. (NDi) is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to lead complex business analysis and process‑improvement efforts that connect FAA mission needs to implementable data, governance, analytics, and AI solutions.

This remote role supports the FAA Chief Data Office (CDO) Enterprise Information & Data Integration Program and works with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, well‑documented outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, organizational, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, technical, security, and operational requirements with stakeholders.
• Map current-state and future-state processes, data flows, system behaviors, constraints and dependencies.
• Translate objectives into user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceable requirements.
• Assess governance operating models to identify gaps and automation opportunities.
• Support adoption plans, AI-readiness assessments, and change- enablement roadmaps.
• Facilitate workshops and coordinate readiness, communications, and training.
