Job summary

Network Designs, Inc. (NDi) is seeking a Privacy & Data Governance Analyst to support FAA EIDIP. This role conducts privacy reviews, data classification, and ensures appropriate controls across the enterprise data lifecycle.

U.S. Citizenship is required and the candidate must obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Remote work is allowed from specified states; strong collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with required 24 semester hours in relevant subjects
• Minimum 4 years of privacy/compliance experience
• Experience with data classification, privacy controls, and compliance documentation
• Ability to identify and consult on PII and CUI
• Strong written/verbal/analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct privacy, PII, CUI, classification, and data-handling reviews
• Support privacy threshold analyses and assess PII/CUI involvement
• Develop and maintain privacy and security documentation
• Advise teams on data minimization, classification, and access controls
• Evaluate privacy considerations during platform onboarding and cloud adoption
• Coordinate with governance and security stakeholders to close gaps
• Support audits, policy implementation, and control validation
• Protect sensitive information and produce professional work products
