Job summary

Network Designs, Inc. (NDi) seeks a Privacy & Data Governance Analyst to support the FAA Chief Data Office EIDIP. The role conducts privacy reviews, PII/CUI handling, and data governance controls across enterprise data lifecycles.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in privacy/compliance, plus a Bachelor's degree with relevant coursework. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust are required; position is remote for eligible states and may involve CONUS travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with coursework in accounting, business, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of privacy, compliance, information-management experience.
• Experience with data classification, privacy controls, SSP artifacts, and compliance documentation.
• Ability to identify and consult on PII and CUI.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct privacy, PII, CUI, classification, and data-handling reviews for enterprise datasets, platforms, applications, integrations, analytics, and AI/ML use cases.
• Support privacy threshold analyses and advise on PII/CUI involvement in systems or data workflows.
• Develop and maintain privacy, information-security, SSP, ISSP, compliance, control, and evidence documentation.
• Advise teams on data minimization, access, retention, and protection requirements.
• Coordinate with governance, security, and program stakeholders to identify gaps and track corrective actions.
• Support assessments, audits, policy implementations, and risk mitigation.
