What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee reporting and auditing of devices deployed within the organization, providing support to business partners on enterprise processes
- Manage end-to-end activities for migrating acquired entities to company-managed mobile devices, including inventory management and user support
- Represent business interests by collaborating with IT teams and supporting change management for end-user impacts
- Partner with operations teams to ensure end users have the necessary information and resources for leveraging devices and applications
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues from team members, escalating to appropriate support when necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking, and evaluation of business processes
- Experience with project management tools and techniques
- Intermediate proficiency with PC-based software programs and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI)
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, time/project management, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
