Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, accounting or finance.
• At least 3 years of work experience in sales controlling, controlling, accounting or comparable function.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in managing and interpreting large datasets to support financial analysis, including knowledge of BI systems.
• Teamwork oriented with a positive mindset.
• Proactive, independent and structured working style.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance/accounting within Automotive Manufacturing industries.
• Familiarity with IBM Planning Analytics and Oracle Essbase.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and how they integrate financial data.

Responsabilités

• Sales reporting, forecasting and regional revenue analysis for EM.
• Monitor key sales metrics and provide insights to leadership.
• Collaborate on price and volume planning with cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting tools and dashboards.
