Job summary

Bosch Group in the United States seeks a finance-focused analyst to lead product area reporting, with P&L ownership, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate month-end closing. You will present data-driven insights to product area leadership and drive forecasting accuracy.

Responsibilities include building Power BI dashboards, data models, and automated Excel solutions; collaborating with IT and manufacturing ops; and mentoring junior analysts to uplift the finance analytics capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years finance-related experience (5+ years preferred for Sr. Analyst).
• MBA highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, IBM planning analytics, and BI tools like Power BI/Power Query.
• Ability to design and deploy automated reporting for P&L, cost centers, and KPI tracking.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills including macros and dashboards.
• Proven track record of process improvements and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead for product area reporting, including full product line P&L ownership and on-time delivery.
• Interface with manufacturing plants on controlling topics to align operations.
• Prepare and present financial reporting and analysis for leadership.
• Lead process automation—Power BI dashboards, Power Query data models, and advanced Excel solutions.
• Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to optimize data pipelines and self-service analytics.
• Mentor junior analysts on reporting automation and visualization best practices.
• Drive special projects, scenario modeling, and ad-hoc analyses for leadership decisions.
