Job summary

Southern California Edison is seeking a Business Operations, Senior Specialist to support the Asset Management PMO by maintaining portfolio governance, tools, documentation, and workflows that drive effective project execution.

You will analyze business challenges, develop improved processes, and deliver reports and dashboards to track costs, resources, schedules, and status for leadership. Hybrid work–location in California with some remote days.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in business operations analysis.
• Preferred Six Sigma, Kaizen, Yellow Belt or related continuous improvement certification.
• Experience translating business needs into practical work products.

Responsibilities

• Provides reporting on key metrics for major programs and initiatives.
• Develops and tracks metrics through automated processes and dashboards.
• Manages documentation and records for project monitoring and governance.
• Delivers data analyses and BI reports for audits and leadership reviews.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to improve processes and systems.
