Job summary

Southern California Edison is seeking a Business Operations, Senior Specialist to support the Asset Management Project Management Office by maintaining portfolio and governance processes, and developing and maintaining the tools, documentation, and workflows that drive effective project execution.

This role also focuses on turning business challenges into improved processes that support continuous improvement and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in business operations analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provides reporting on key metrics related to major programs and initiatives.
• Develops, produces, and tracks key metrics through automated processes and KPI dashboards.
• Monitors the creation and storage of documentation and records for project monitoring and governance.
• Delivers data analysis and BI reports, including audits and high-visibility requests.
• Coordinates research to inform decisions on priorities and needs.
• Contributes to process improvement and maintains systems/tools for workflows and records management.
• Develops and reports on KPIs to measure project/program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Protects and manages sensitive data with the highest standards of conduct.
