Job summary

Northrop Grumman is hiring a Business Operations Manager for the Linthicum, MD area. The role leads the QMA & EH&S leadership agenda, partnering with the Sector VP to drive strategy execution and organizational effectiveness.

The position requires at least 8 years in program management, strong leadership, and the ability to travel up to 40% domestically. The successful candidate will apply advanced planning, organizational, and communication skills, and work with PowerBI, Tableau, and other data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in project/program management or related business experience.
• Experience in leading and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to travel domestically up to 40%.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (US citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business face of the Sector VP of QMA and EH&S and be a member of the QMA & EH&S Leadership team.
• Identify and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive strategy execution and large project scopes.
• Leverage data tools (PowerBI/Tableau) to build dashboards for reporting and decision making.
