Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Business Operations Manager (Manager, Project Management 3) to lead day-to-day operations for AMS Manufacturing. You will partner with the VP and senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives, coordinate meetings, and manage communications across the division.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in project management, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint skills, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 10 years of related experience and at least 7 years in project management.
• Highly advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint experience.
• Experience with company and sector operations, policies, procedures, and command media.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 10% domestically.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Drives execution of strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Establishes operating rhythm and agendas for leadership meetings.
• Coordinates data calls and prepares monthly SOOs and metrics.
• Serves as a communications focal point for the division.
• Shadows the VP in major meetings to ensure outcomes.
• Plans and supports VP travel to MS sites.
