Responsibilities

• Assist with resident trust funds and monthly statements.
• Supervise business office staff and enforce disciplinary measures as needed.
• Maintain census and report status changes.
• Assist with Medi-Cal/Medicaid applications and billing processes.
• Prepare TARS as needed and track redeterminations.
• Participate in billing, deposits, and collections for bad debts.
• Schedule and assign staff to meet operational requirements.
