MANTECH in Doral, FL is seeking a Senior Business Manager to lead all business operations and ensure timely delivery on government contracts.

The role oversees onboarding, budgets, scheduling (IMS), and procurement; drives strategic planning, performance monitoring, and lifecycle leadership while ensuring SOW clarity and alignment with budgets.

Active Top Secret clearance and DoD program experience are highly preferred; MBA, PMP, CGCM, and ISO certifications are valued assets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or related field and seven (7) or more years of relevant Business Manager experience.
• OR a master's degree in a relevant field of study and five (5) or more years of relevant experience
• OR an associates degree and nine (9) or more years of relevant experience.
• OR a high school diploma and eleven (11) or more years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in budget management, human resources, general business functions, and Government contracting.
• The ability to lead teams, set and track goals, onboard new employees, and perform day-to-day business functions.
• Ability to respond to Government inquiries, address contractual and programmatic issues, and manage deliverables.

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Business Manager to join our team in Doral, FL.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Run all business operations and establish and track task order requirements and deliverables
• Oversee personnel onboarding, project budget management, project scheduling (IMS), and program procurement activities
• Participate in organizational strategic planning and financial planning meetings and activities
• Lead monitoring and evaluation efforts to assess and track contract and project performance
• Ensures that the project requirements are clearly defined and captured in documents like the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Provide leadership for program life cycle management activities
• Aligns the procurement strategy with the project schedule and budget.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or related field and seven (7) or more years of relevant Business Manager experience.

  • OR an associates degree and nine (9) or more years of relevant experience.
  • OR a high school diploma and eleven (11) or more years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in budget management, human resources, general business functions, and Government contracting.
• The ability to lead teams, set and track goals, onboard new employees, and perform day-to-day business functions.
• Ability to respond to Government inquiries, address contractual and programmatic issues, and manage deliverables. Experience in hiring, supervising, and mentoring project teams and subordinate staff members.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of experience supporting AAS/FEDSIM Programs.
• Master's degree in business administration (MBA), Project Management, or related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Certified Government Contracting Manager (CGCM). Certification, experience, training with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management; ISO 22301:2019 Business Continuity Management; and ISO 31000:2018 Risk Management.
• Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.

Clearance Requirements

• Must have an active Top Secret clearance.
• Must be eligible to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance.

Physical Requirements

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
