Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 4+ years of additional experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years in technical project management (engineering or TPM).
• Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, priorities, and timelines across multiple teams.
• Proven experience with developing and maintaining an integrated master schedule (IMS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with technical, non-technical, and executive teams, partners, or customers.

You will balance technical understanding with project management expertise to anticipate risks and maintain momentum.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 4+ years of additional experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years in technical project management (engineering or TPM).
• Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, priorities, and timelines across multiple teams.
• Proven experience with developing and maintaining an integrated master schedule (IMS).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working independently to design, plan, and execute technical projects, including distilling data and articulating rationale for making difficult trade-offs.
• Experience managing the lifecycle of complex, cross-functional projects within cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or SaaS environments.
• Experience leading SaaS development, migrations, and business, compliance, or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and compliance-driven frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST, or CMMC), along with proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or Agile credentials.

Clearance Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen and eligible to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and other workspace equipment.
• Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
• Must be able to exchange accurate information in all professional situations.
