Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10–15+ years of relevant construction management experience.
• Proven track record delivering safety, financial, client, and people management results.
• Experience in building, developing, and leading teams.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Advanced presentation, negotiation and facilitation skills.
• Strong financial and technical acumen.
• Strategic thinker with detailed, structured approach.
