Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 10-15+ years of construction management experience.
• Successfully managed a book of business of $100M+.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Builds high performing teams by holding Business staff accountable and ensuring people are in the right positions.
• Drives Employee Engagement to meet or exceed voluntary turnover KPI.
• Recruits and hires top talent and key strategic hires to support the Business.
• Drives Succession Planning in Divisions and Businesses.
• Drives safety culture and collaborates with Safety Director on corrective actions.
• Models Gilbane Core Values across activities.
• Meets established KPIs, manages risks, and enhances project financial performance.
• Defines strategy for Geography with rolling 3-Year Plans aligned with KPIs.
• Executes with Operations and Administrative Baseline playbooks.
• Develops relationships and acts as the face of the market in Columbus.
• Identifies and secures new clients and drives client satisfaction.
• Understands competitive intelligence and Gilbane positioning.
• Serves as a Principal on projects for key clients.
• Identifies risks and ensures transparency with enterprise resources.
• Promotes innovation to drive growth/profitability.
• Partners with BD to integrate with sales strategies and account plans.
• Leads opportunities to strengthen client, partner, and industry relationships.
• Responsible for career development and coaching of employees via managers.
• Fosters a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Drives long-term strategic vision and alignment with executive leadership.
• Provides strategic insights to executive leadership.
