Job summary

Gilbane Building is seeking a Business Leader II to be responsible for the overall success of a specific geography within a business. This role will sit primarily in the office.

You will lead with an inclusive mindset, build high performing teams, recruit and develop talent, and strengthen client relationships while aligning with Gilbane’s core values and long-term plans. A Bachelor’s degree and 10–15+ years in construction management are required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10-15+ years construction management experience.
• Proven track record delivering safety, financial, client, and people results.
• Equivalents and experience considered.

• Builds high performing teams by holding staff accountable and ensuring right roles.
