Summary
We seek a skilled Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing SSRS reports, Power BI dashboards, and SQL Server queries to support data-driven decision-making. The role requires expertise in SQL Server development, performance optimization, and data visualization to enhance reporting and analytics. The candidate should be flexible, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in a fast-paced third-party logistics environment. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work across organizational levels are essential. A passion for developing application software and helping users maximize WMS data use is also required. Patience, innovation, and persistence are key to overcoming resistance to change. Continuous documentation, support, and feedback collection are also part of the role. The candidate must be confident in challenging legacy processes and promoting BI best practices.

Pay Range
$130,000 - $145,000. The salary may be adjusted based on market conditions and other factors. Final salary will be discussed with the candidate in accordance with laws.
