Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing SSRS reports, Power BI dashboards, and SQL Server queries to support data-driven decision-making. This role requires expertise in SQL Server development, performance optimization, and data visualization to improve reporting and analytical capabilities.
The successful candidate must be flexible, self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented, with experience in a fast-paced third-party logistics environment. They must possess strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple levels of the organization, as well as function well within a team context. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong desire to develop application software expertise and a passion for assisting business users in maximizing the use of date from WMS applications. Patience, innovation, and persistence in overcoming resistance to change are essential.
This role requires continuous documentation, support issues and resolutions, user feedback, and frequently asked questions. The candidate should also have the confidence to challenge legacy reporting processes, encourage Business Intelligence (BI) best practices.

Pay Range:
$130,000-$145,000
*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
