LHH is assisting a leading business immigration law firm in Phoenix, Arizona, in its search for an experienced Business Immigration Supervisor. This temp-to-hire role oversees junior caseworkers and handles complex employment-based immigration matters.

The position will start in-office for 30–90 days and transition to a hybrid setup, typically four days per week in the office, with the team working 37.5+ hours weekly.

Qualificações

• At least 7 years of business immigration experience.
• Supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processes.
• Excellent client service orientation and attention to detail.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and case management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Train, mentor, coach, and supervise junior business immigration caseworkers.
• Manage complex business immigration matters and ensure accurate, timely work product.
• Prioritize cases and monitor team workloads.
• Provide substantive guidance regarding business immigration matters and case strategy.
• Collaborate with attorneys, client service leadership, and other professionals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings and business reviews.
• Address client escalations and assist with client reporting.
• Conduct case intake, troubleshoot issues, and establish case strategy.
• Analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications for filing.
• Draft petitions, applications, and letters regarding visa classifications and benefits.
• Communicate with clients and foreign nationals on procedural matters.
• Review client billing and conduct billing/WIP audits; monitor matters in systems.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to promote best practices.
