LHH is assisting a leading business immigration law firm in Phoenix, Arizona, in its search for an experienced Business Immigration Supervisor. This temp-to-hire role oversees junior caseworkers and handles complex employment-based immigration matters.

The position will start in-office for 30–90 days and transition to a hybrid setup, typically four days per week in the office, with the team working 37.5+ hours weekly.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of business immigration experience.
• Supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa processes.

• Experience using Microsoft Excel and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, coach, and supervise junior business immigration caseworkers.
• Manage complex business immigration matters and ensure accurate, timely work product.
• Prioritize cases and monitor team workloads.

LHH is assisting a leading business immigration law firm in its search for an experienced Business Immigration Supervisor to support its Phoenix, Arizona office. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a seasoned business immigration professional with strong substantive case experience and previous supervisory or managerial experience.

The Business Immigration Supervisor will oversee junior business immigration caseworkers while remaining actively involved in complex employment-based immigration matters. This individual will help manage team workflow and case quality, provide substantive case direction, and serve as a key liaison among the immigration team, attorneys, client service leadership, and clients.

This position offers an experienced business immigration professional the opportunity to combine substantive casework with team leadership and client-facing responsibilities.

The role will be based in Phoenix, Arizona. The first approximately 30 to 90 days will be in office, after which the position will transition to a hybrid arrangement, typically four days per week in office.

The team typically works 37.5+ hours per week.

Compensation

$34.75 per hour

This is a temp-to-hire position.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 7 years of business immigration experience, including substantive experience handling employment-based immigration matters
• Supervisory or managerial experience
• Strong knowledge of procedural requirements for nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters and client processes
• Strong client service orientation and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong drafting and proofreading abilities
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and case management or related reporting systems
• Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment
