New Frontier Immigration Law is a Phoenix-based law firm focused on humanitarian-based immigration. We seek an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal to own end-to-end preparation of forms and packets, delivering submission-ready files to our legal team.

The role requires drafting and reviewing complex forms, expertise with I-129, PERM, I-140, I-539/I-539A, and I-485, and strict adherence to USCIS guidelines. Join a team committed to rigorous accuracy and fast turnaround times.

Competenze

• 7+ years of direct experience as a Business Immigration Paralegal handling employment-based petitions.
• Deep familiarity with I-129, PERM, I-140, I-539, and I-485 filings and related form instructions.

Mansioni

• Draft, review, and finalize complex business immigration forms and supporting documentation.
• Prepare packets including I-129, PERM, I-140, I-539/I-539A, I-485 with high accuracy.
• Ensure forms comply with USCIS guidelines, fee schedules, and evidentiary standards to avoid RFEs or denials.
• Organize and hand off case files efficiently to the legal operations team.
• Meet case-time guidelines and deliver packets within fast, predictable turnaround times.
