Qualifications

• U.S. JD or LLM required.
• Member of a US State bar or Washington DC bar association
• 8+ years of experience at Associate level
• Acknowledged as an expert in immigration law
• Prior team management experience strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Dedication to exceptional client service
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment with competing demands

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of high-profile clients as a strategic advisor.
• Manage immigration cases from end to end and lead major client issues.
• Allocate resources to ensure successful completion of projects and monitor performance.
• Develop strategic plans to strengthen relationships with clients regionally and globally.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance quality, efficiency, and standardization of processes.
• Proactively pursue business development opportunities through client relationships.
• Participate in pitches, RFPs, and client presentations; lead prep and debriefs.
