Job summary

WR Immigration is a global immigration firm seeking an Associate Attorney to support business immigration matters and lead client communications. The role involves working with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to prepare and file nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, with a focus on strategic case management.

Remote applicants are considered, with preference for Mountain or Pacific Time Zones. Salary ranges from $160,000 to $200,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities

Qualifications

• Bar admission and active membership in a relevant Bar association.
• 5+ years of business immigration experience.
• Strong knowledge of nonimmigrant visa matters (H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, E-2, O-1, TN, E-3, J-1).
• Experience with employment-based permanent residence (PERM, EB-1A/B/C, NIW).
• Experience handling RFEs, NOIDs, and complex case issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and communicate options to address clients’ business immigration needs.
• Maintain timely communications with clients during and after the filing process.
• Supervise and collaborate with staff to prepare and file applications correctly.
• Maintain accuracy for high-volume cases and fast turnover.
• Assist clients and staff with questions throughout the filing process.
• Perform other duties as required.
