Job summary

WR Immigration, a global immigration firm, seeks an Associate Attorney to join its Boston office. The role involves taking a leading role in client communication, coordinating with legal support teams, and conducting high-level case reviews of business immigration petitions.

Remote applicants will be considered, with preference for Mountain or Pacific Time Zones. The position requires Bar admission and 5+ years of business immigration experience, with broad knowledge of nonimmigrant visa

Qualifications

• Bar admission in good standing.
• 5+ years of business immigration experience.
• Strong knowledge of nonimmigrant visa matters (e.g., H-1B, L-1A/L-1B, E-2, O-1, TN, E-3, J-1).
• Strong knowledge of employment-based permanent residence matters (PERM, EB-1A/1B/1C, NIW).
• Experience handling RFEs/NOIDs and other case issues.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and communicate options to address clients’ business immigration needs.
• Maintain timely communications with clients during and after the application process.
• Supervise and collaborate with staff to ensure accurate filings.
• Maintain accuracy for high-volume, fast-turnaround cases.
• Assist clients and staff with questions throughout the filing process.
• Perform other duties as required.
