Qualifications

• 4+ years of U.S. business immigration practice
• Fluent in English and Spanish

• Ability to handle O-1, E-2, H-1B, L-1, and PERM matters end-to-end
• Experience leading or mentoring colleagues

Responsibilities

• Own a varied caseload from consultation through completion across visa routes
• Sign and send routine matters; handle complex issues with light review
• Conduct independent consultations and devise legal strategy
• Draft briefs, support letters, and RFE/NOID responses
• Work directly with clients through the full case lifecycle
• Litigate APA delay actions in federal court
• Help lead a team of attorneys and staff, including training
• This is not a document-assembly role
• Manage your caseload like it is your own practice

Compensation:

$145,000 – $165,000 base plus bonuses & benefits

Responsibilities:

• You will own a varied caseload from initial consultation through completion: O-1, L-1, H-1B, EB-1A, EB-1C, E-2, EB-5, and PERM.

• Routine matters will be yours to sign and send, and you will handle complex matters independently or with light review, bringing material eligibility and risk questions to the managing attorney.

• You will conduct complex consultations independently, devise the legal strategy on your matters, and guide the client and the team supporting you through it.

• You will draft briefs, support letters, and RFE and NOID responses.

• You will work directly with clients across the full case lifecycle.

• You will litigate APA delay actions in federal court.

• You will help lead a team of attorneys and legal staff, including training and managing our legal assistants and reviewing the work of junior attorneys.

• This is not a document-assembly role.

• You will manage your caseload like it is your own practice.

Qualifications:

• Licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• 4+ years of U.S. business immigration practice

• Ability to handle O-1, E-2, H-1B, L-1, and PERM matters end-to-end, including complex ones with light review

• Experience conducting consultations independently

• Experience training or supervising legal assistants or junior attorneys

• Fluent in English and Spanish
