Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across ICT and Wire & Cable segments within Packaging & Specialty Plastics.

You will work with Marketing, TS&D, Product Management, and Commercial teams to create demand and accelerate growth, focusing on new customer wins. The role requires travel up to 50%, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience, and 3+ years in related fields.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience (US E5 or Canadian rank)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available

Responsabilidades

• Lead identification, qualification, and development of new customer and application opportunities aligned with growth priorities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and projects.
• Partner with Marketing to identify market trends and unmet customer needs.
• Collaborate with Technical Service & Development to evaluate feasibility and support trials.
• Develop and execute market penetration strategies for Dow products in new applications and accounts.
• Engage decision-makers to build relationships and uncover opportunities.
• Gather market intelligence and competitive insights to guide strategy and innovation.
• Drive opportunity development from prospecting to proposal and launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for successful execution of initiatives.
• Support forecasting, pipeline management, and business planning for growth projects.
