Dow Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to identify and develop new opportunities across ICT and Wire & Cable segments within Dow’s Packaging & Specialty Plastics business.

You will partner with Marketing, TS&D, Product Management, and Commercial teams to create demand and accelerate growth, focusing on new customer wins and market expansion. The role requires a bachelor's degree, 3+ years' experience, and up to 50% travel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Ability to work legally in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

Responsabilidades

• Lead identification, qualification, and development of new opportunities aligned with growth priorities.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and projects.
• Collaborate with Marketing, TS&D, Product Management, and Supply Chain to accelerate growth.
• Evaluate feasibility with Technical Service & Development teams and support trials.
• Develop market penetration strategies to introduce Dow products in new applications.
• Engage decision-makers to build relationships and uncover opportunities.
• Communicate market intelligence to guide strategy and innovation priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for execution of new initiatives.
