Dow Inc. seeks a Senior Business Development Specialist with proven ability to identify and convert new business opportunities in ICT and Wire & Cable within Dow’s Packaging & Specialty Plastics division.

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and develop new customer and application opportunities.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
Collaborate with Marketing, TS&D, Product Management, and Supply Chain to drive growth.
Evaluate applications with Technical Service & Development to support trials and commercialization.
Develop market penetration strategies to establish Dow products in new accounts.
Engage decision-makers to build relationships and uncover growth opportunities.
Communicate market intelligence to guide strategy and innovation priorities.
