About the Role

This role is crucial for building and expanding our customer pipeline and quickly achieving revenue targets. We are looking for ambitious, gritty, and fast learners excited to tackle the market and evolve into growth leaders at our company. You'll have a unique opportunity to significantly impact our growth strategy and eventually grow to lead and manage your teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop a book of high-potential engaged prospects and maintain a sufficient pipeline to support successful attainment against quota.

  • Work closely with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and how our AI solutions can meet them.

  • Maintain active engagement with key industry players and stakeholders through innovative outreach and networking.

  • Strategize and execute sales plans effectively through cold outbound engagement (call, LinkedIn, email), using AI tools and platforms to track progress and results.

  • Rapid promotion paths, given our early-stage growth, provide the opportunity to significantly impact our growth strategy and fast-track to AE within 3 quarters.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous 1-2 years of sales experience as a hustler and a top performer.

  • Experience in banking, consulting, or athlete background is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, intelligence, and quick-thinking ability in dynamic situations.

  • Highly motivated and mission-driven with a passion for challenging goals.

  • Excellent communication skills and engaging storytelling.

  • High emotional intelligence (EQ), with the ability to empathize and view situations from other perspectives.

  • Resilience and courage, with a proven ability to overcome adversity and succeed.

  • A bias towards action and productivity, thriving in fast-paced environments.
