Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B business development, physician relations, medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, legal outreach, or related experience.
• Experience in personal injury, healthcare, legal services, or related markets preferred.
• Existing connections with Michigan medical providers or attorneys preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and track results.
• Experience with CRM systems and outreach tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with medical providers, clinics, healthcare systems, attorneys, advocacy groups, and other referrals across Michigan.
• Pursue new referral opportunities through outreach, networking, meetings, and relationship development.
• Conduct field visits, lunch-and-learns, and presentations with partners.
• Plan participation in conferences, sponsorships, and community events.
• Coordinate with marketing, intake, attorneys, and leadership to support referral relationships from outreach to ongoing partnership.
• Maintain accurate referral pipeline records and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
