Job summary

Disability Law Group is seeking a motivated Referral & Relationship Specialist to grow and organize the firm’s referral network across Disability Law Group, Michigan Accident Attorneys, and related practice areas, including Social Security Disability, VA Disability, and personal injury referrals.

This is a business development, referral growth, and community partnership role focused on outreach, event attendance, tracking a referral pipeline, and turning professional connections into measurable

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in business development, referral development, relationship management, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and professional presence.
• Ability to track outreach, follow-up, and relationship status accurately.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a firmwide referral network across practice areas.
• Identify and cultivate referral partners including attorneys, clinics, veteran organizations, and nonprofits.
• Coordinate outreach events, meetings, and follow-ups with partners and leadership.
• Track referral activity, outcomes, and revenue opportunities in the CRM or tracking system.
• Meet quarterly outreach and referral growth goals and report progress to leadership.
