Management Sciences For Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to help the organization win new funding and achieve revenue targets. You will serve as Opportunity Manager, coordinate with proposal teams, and shape competitive strategies and costing.

The role emphasizes building partnerships, leading cross‑functional teams, and strengthening donor engagement across US government and global funders. A bachelor’s degree and 6 years’ related experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of donor-funded program requirements.
• Experience with US Government agencies, Gavi, UN agencies, The Global Fund, and other funders.
• LMIC experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English; second language (French) desired.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the Opportunity Manager and support proposal development, strategy, and costing.
• Coordinate with proposal, country, and account teams to position activities and strategies.
• Develop multi-year pipeline, budgets, and targets aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage proposal development process, calendars, and compliance with solicitations.
• Lead staffing and costing strategies; cultivate partnering opportunities and pre-teaming/teaming agreements.
• Draft proposal sections, edit annexes, and solicit donor feedback.
