Job summary

Management Sciences for Health (MSH) in the United States is seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to drive new business development, manage proposals, and guide teams through win strategies. You will coordinate with account, country, and proposal teams to develop responsive, high-quality proposals that reflect client goals and MSH’s technical approach.

The role emphasizes building a multi-year pipeline, budgeting, and meeting deadlines while training staff in BD processes and tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 6 years of related experience.
Knowledge of donor-funded program requirements.
Experience with US Government agencies, Gavi, UN agencies, The Global Fund, and other funders preferred.
Experience in LMIC preferred.

Responsibilities

Serves as Opportunity Manager and supports other team members in developing proposals reflecting client goals and MSH’s approach.
Contributes to the development of a multi-year pipeline, budget, and targets in line with strategy.
Assists the Proposal Lead in staffing, win strategy, and costing strategies.
Writes proposal sections and coordinates proposal development with partners.
Trains MSH staff in business development processes and tools.
Keeps CRM and SharePoint updated and supports data quality.
