Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience and/or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
• Experience in marketing, business development, event coordination, communications, or related discipline preferred.
• Ability to support business development initiatives through event planning, relationship management, and brand awareness activities.
• Experience creating and editing professional proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and event logistics simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records, data, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer-facing events and networking activities, managing logistics and communications.
• Prepare internal teams for customer engagements and track attendance and outcomes.
• Maintain Opportunities module in partnership with estimating for leadership reporting.
• Assist in proposal development through content creation, editing, and formatting.
• Develop professional slides and materials for scope reviews and meetings.
• Identify industry opportunities and events aligned with growth objectives.
• Track JV opportunities, bidding activity, and partner involvement.
