Job summary

COMAGINE HEALTH is seeking a Business Development Assistant in Sacramento to support leadership and project teams in executing growth strategies. You will help produce high-quality proposals and strengthen BD operations with technical and administrative support.

The role requires an AA/AS and 4 years of related experience, plus competence in Word/Excel/PowerPoint. Experience with CRM, SharePoint, and Power BI is a plus as you assist templates, resumes, and reports.

Qualifications

• AA/AS required.
• 4 years of experience related to essential functions.
• 2 years of experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Proposal and Grant Development: Support proposal response, templates, resumes, and related activities.
• Technical Support: Manage BD technical support process and BD team help desk; CRM/SharePoint SME.
• Operational Improvement: Recommend and coordinate technical solutions to improve BD ops and document new specs for CRM enhancements.
• Administrative Support: Assist with conference materials and BD training initiatives.
• Department Reporting: Work with IT to create Power BI reports and dashboards.
